Chun Tae-il crafted a detailed business plan that outlined specific operational methods and promotional strategies. To secure funding for the business, he bravely sent a donation letter to a national daily newspaper. Unfortunately, he was unable to raise the necessary funds and ultimately could not realize his dream.
